The ancient wisdom of yoga allows us to enter into an intimate relationship with our body and breath, our mind and our emotions, energy and spirit- accessing and expressing all dimensions of self. Through consistent practice we awaken and heal, build strength, enhance well-being, and cultivate compassion. This exploration is a journey of self-discovery that dissolves layers, softens the heart, and helps us step into our lives more skilfully. As we begin to see ourselves more clearly we awaken wisdom and intuition. Ultimately this inner truth becomes our best teacher and guide both on our yoga mat and in our lives.
I am a yoga instructor, mindfulness instructor and a life coach, and is dedicated to personal growth, self-discovery, and the art of living yoga in our everyday world.
As a passionate student of life, I aim to create safe spaces for all people to feel seen, heard, and be authentically themselves. My approach stems from self-inquiry-based somatic exploration and learning. My teaching is a blend between the art and science of yoga, life coach and mindfulness. I believe this combination offers a pathway to connection, embodiment, truth, and transformation. I am forever a student, always learning, exploring, and growing.
