This retreat by “Essential Yoga Retreat” is held in French
This retreat is adapted to all levels, weather you are a beginner and just started yoga, or an expert who wants to go more in-depth with his practice.
Everyday, we will open a new chapter in our yoga journey to enhance our body perception and to make energy circulate across our body
Our morning session will be held outside, between nature, trees and overlooking the see. We will start with a meditation, several Pranayama’s (breathing exercises), and dynamic yoga routines: Vinyasa, Hatha flow and Radiant Body. This refreshing practice will make you start your mourning full of energy.
Afternoon sessions, on the other hand, will be a combination of Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. This soft and tranquil practice will occur both indoors and outdoors.
The two daily meditations will allow you to take in the moment, by feeling the silence, and developing a introspective look.
Between our two sessions, you are free to enjoy yourself however you like.
