Join me this Autumn on the beautiful island of Ithaca, Greece.

~ Daily Yoga classes, Yin and Meditation ~ Our days will begin with a combination of alignment based Hatha and energising Vinyasa Flow.  Chakra awakening and more! Our evenings will comprise of restorative and Yin Yoga along with a variety of Pranayama and Meditation techniques.

These including Thai Yoga Massage, Abdominal Massage, a combination of Swedish Massage, shiatsu, hot stone or deep-tissue sports massage. ~ A serene cool and shady area behind the main house is ideal for treatments, your room or indoor shala if you prefer.

When Natasha began practicing Yoga, she found the effects in her life transformational.Coming from a contemporary dance and Pilates background her classes combine a balance of creative sequences and challenging postures while channeling the flow of energy in the body. Through the dedicated awareness of physical, mental and emotional health, Natasha believes a powerful sense of well-being can be achieved. Working in both corporate and private health sectors. She teaches in some of the most popular studios in the city and sees clients privately for 1:1 Yoga therapy sessions, helping individuals lead a balanced and more harmonious life.
