A combination of Anusara-Yoga and Yin-Yoga accompanied by meditation, pranayama and coaching, this retreat guides you through a process of reflection and understanding and inspires you to follow your path with self-confidence and joy.
Elena started practicing yoga when she was in her early twenties and has been a passionate yogini throughout her adult life. An internationally certified yoga instructor and Buddhist, Elena has written yoga books and works as a systemic coach.
In 2017 she founded ProAgeYoga, a program that focusses on the benefits of growing older for the mind and the body. Inspired by her own journey, Elena helps people to embrace the changes and develop the mindset and physical condition they need to age in a healthy and confident way. In 2019 she turned 50, published her book “Pro Age Yoga” and launched her first online yoga-course.
Her personal experiences of growing older, her holistic approach and her humor empower others to live up to their full potential.
Elena has been teaching Yoga and Yoga-Retreats for 10 years.

2017 hat sie ProAgeYoga gegründet, ein Programm, das Körper und Geist in allen Aspekten des Älterwerdens unterstützt. Durch ihre persönliche Erfahrung, ihren Humor und ihren ganzheitlichen Ansatz hilft sie Menschen dabei, entspannt und selbstbewusst mit dem Älterwerden umzugehen und ihre wertvolle Zeit optimal zu nutzen.
2019 ist Elena 50 geworden und hat ihr zweites Buch „Pro Age Yoga“ und ihr Online-Coaching-Programm veröffentlicht.
Elena unterrichtet seit 10 Jahren Yoga und Yoga-Retreats.

The ancient wisdom of yoga allows us to enter into an intimate relationship with our body and breath, our mind and our emotions, energy and spirit- accessing and expressing all dimensions of self. Through consistent practice we awaken and heal, build strength, enhance well-being, and cultivate compassion. This exploration is a journey of self-discovery that dissolves layers, softens the heart, and helps us step into our lives more skilfully. As we begin to see ourselves more clearly we awaken wisdom and intuition. Ultimately this inner truth becomes our best teacher and guide both on our yoga mat and in our lives.
I am a yoga instructor, mindfulness instructor and a life coach, and is dedicated to personal growth, self-discovery, and the art of living yoga in our everyday world.
As a passionate student of life, I aim to create safe spaces for all people to feel seen, heard, and be authentically themselves. My approach stems from self-inquiry-based somatic exploration and learning. My teaching is a blend between the art and science of yoga, life coach and mindfulness. I believe this combination offers a pathway to connection, embodiment, truth, and transformation. I am forever a student, always learning, exploring, and growing.
