8am-8.45 Mauna (silence) Hot drinks available.
9am-10:30/11am. Pranayama and Yoga asana
1-3pm Treatments/library/beach walks/Leisure time
3-4pm Afternoon tea and Cake/light snack
5-6:30pm Yin/Meditation workshop
7:30/ Evening meal
Natasha Horne Bio
Natasha is an accredited Yoga and Bodywork practitioner. She has further studied in human sciences, Pilates, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Dance therapy.
Natasha applies her background in therapeutic training, alongside her understanding and study of the ancient Science of Yoga to lead this retreat. On this retreat you will be taught a broad range of healing techniques that acknowledge the physical, emotional/intellectual and spiritual bodies, i.e. the integration of the “whole person”.
Daily classes aim to dissolve the blockages of accumulated tension and bring the body’s systems back into harmony, you will practice in a beautiful and healing environment.
