Alex, aka ‘The Woman’s Body Coach’ is a Movement Coach trained in yoga, Pilates and barre, a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and Personal Trainer, she is passionate about supporting women’s bodies of all ages, levels and backgrounds.
Through extensive research Alex realised the only way to successfully bio hack a woman’s body was through her hormones, and so Alex makes this a primary focus when coaching women’s bodies. Her favourite phrase is ‘women are not little men, so train like a girl.’ The science on training women is changing and is revolutionising how we optimise the female physique.
Alex is committed to staying at the forefront of female training science and presents a non-biased, empathic, evidence based perspective. It is her absolute honour and joy to support women to become their best.
Alex likes to travel, she’s a Liverpool born girl now living in Northern California. She taught in London for many years, working at some of the cities most well loved studios which she describes as a wonderful time where she got to hone her craft.
