Hatha, Kundalini, Pranayama
I am from Uruguay, with Italian, Belgium and French roots. I discovered Yoga more than 15 years ago during several trips to the USA.  I was fortunate to be trained by some of the greatest international teachers, and amazing people such as Kia Miller, Elena Brower, Yolanda Amador and Marcos Jassan in India, USA, and Mexico.
But what continuously developed me is my daily appointment with my yoga mat. Yoga has become a life-changer for me and my daily mantra is “how can I pass on its benefits to others”. And my mission is to help people live a harmonious & balanced life aligned with their essence.
I have witnessed repeatedly how the regular practice of Asanas, Kriya, and Pranayama techniques release tensions points allowing energy (Prana) to flow in our entire body. As a result, we are more present in every moment of our lives, we become more available to others, and more open to the future.
The psoas is my favourite muscle, the Alignment is my constant research, and the Pranayama techniques are my passion.
I teach group and private classes in Paris and at some special events in Madrid. Inspired by the various traditions of Yoga such as Hatha, Kundalini the sequences I create invite you to breathe, move, and meditate.
