Helena started practicing yoga whilst travelling through South America in 2014 and quickly fell in love with the community feel of classes, the excitement of challenging her body to get into new positions (despite being initially very inflexible) and the uplifting feeling at the end of a class both for mindset and body.
Helena went on to complete her 200 hour teacher training in 2016 in India and now teaches across London studios, office spaces, festivals and privately.
Helena is also passionate about personal development and loves integrating themes such as marginal gains, the growth mindset and working with resistance into her classes – so you go away from your mat with not just a strengthened and more flexible body, but mind too. She strongly believes that everyone can benefit from yoga in some way, whether that be flexibility, strength or just taking some headspace from your busy lives.
