When Natasha began practicing Yoga, she found the effects in her life transformational. Coming from a contemporary dance and Pilates background her classes combine a balance of creative sequences and challenging postures while channeling the flow of energy in the body. Through the dedicated awareness of physical, mental and emotional health, Natasha believes a powerful sense of well-being can be achieved. Working in both corporate and private health sectors. She teaches in some of the most popular studios in the city and sees clients privately for 1:1 Yoga therapy sessions, helping individuals lead a balanced and more harmonious life.
