Yoga, Pilates, Shiatsu and Craniosacral TherapyAlexandra’s sessions are about consciously listening to the body and its stories, those narratives that we hold and walk with every day. She was a dancer and has taught yoga for over 20 years and now combines that with the structural integration of Pilates. She specialises in releasing tension and conjuring deep relaxation in the body by combining her knowledge from her practice in Shiatsu and Craniosacral Therapy with yoga and Pilates to help rehabilitate the body’s musculature and posture. Her work aims for joy and profound somatic release.
