Into the Mysteries is a spiritual retreat for women that weaves together threads of traditional Yoga, lineages of Feminine Mystery Schools, and evolutionary Shamanic Earth Medicine. Our week together is a deep journey into our bodies and souls—reconnecting us with our inner gifts, creative nature, and the living feminine waters within, all with a vision for our lives and the world.

Alena is a Yogini, an initiated Medicine Woman, and a carrier of ancient Lineages of Feminine Mysteries (including traditional Shaktiism Tantra). For over twenty years, her path has guided her to study under yogic masters, tantrikas, shamans, healers, mystics, and keepers of ancient living bodies of wisdom. She has a gift for guiding others to uncover their own unique gifts, release self-limiting beliefs, and align with their highest potential. Alena has over 2,000 hours of yoga teacher training based in the holistic Ashtanga system, specializing in reconnecting women to the power within their bodies and the feminine elements of traditional yoga. She has taught and facilitated internationally for more than a decade and currently lives in Nicaragua.
