I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga for 11 years and prenatal and sound healing with the planetary gongs for 7 years.

I have trained in Vedic Meditation, Rounding, Reiki Level one and two, Pranic Healing and Bhakti yoga.

Currently I am studying self paced through 200 hr Hatha Yoga and 50 hr Yin Yoga.

I had my own yoga studio for 3 years 2018-2021 in Melbourne Australia where I currently teach and live with my two sons, 7 and 10 and husband who is an Ithacan American Aussie.

I am 8 years sober now and credit most to these practices.

I am on the Kundalini Yoga Australian Annual Festival teaching team and on the committee for the Australian and New Zealand Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association.

I have been to Ithaca 5 times, I had a wedding celebration here, my boys were christened here and we travel when we can. It is my heaven on earth I love it so much. This is my first of many retreats to come in Ithaca and it is such a privilege to share O Muse Retreat this Summer Solstice.

I use a spiritual name Kiran Jot which means Ray of Light, an embodiment of essence I live for and align to, in truth, Sat Nam.
