TRAVELLING TO YOUR INNER HERO 

Francesca grew up in the heart of Switzerland in the valley of Angelmountain (Engelberg). She is a curious and very playful soul.

As we are setting foot on Ithaca, we are diving into the Greek mythology for an adventurous quest, together with Odysseus.

We will be using the tools of Hatha-Yoga, asanas, pranayama, meditation, mantras, mudras, and ancient texts to guide our consciousness through the storms and challenges of life.

The retreat will be held in Swiss-German and German.
